With so many wonderful shared spaces around the St Hedwig community, it’s hard not to make the most of them. There’s also a full program of activities to enjoy, from morning teas, arts and crafts and social outing programs – with plenty more fun along the way.
Your life becomes easier when the right support is close at hand. At St Hedwig, you can access person-centred Home Care services whenever you choose – whether it’s help around the house, personal care or allied health services. And if your needs change down the track, residential aged care is available onsite, allowing you to remain part of the community you know and love.
